
| Wild food foraging at The Wild Garlic Join Mat for a leisurely walk through local woodland, hedgerow and seashore, learning to identify British edible wild food.

Price £65 per head 9:30am The day will start at The Wild Garlic with a coffee or tea. We will then spend a couple of hours exploring the countryside around Beaminster, collecting as we go. Then back to The Wild Garlic for refreshments and a breather. We'll spend the next couple of hours exploring the seashore along the beautiful Jurassic coast before, once again, returning to The Wild Garlic Each excursion is dependent on what's in season, what wild foods are available, the walking abilities of those in the group and of course, the weather (Transport for the excursions will be provided) 2:00pm Mat will host a three course lunch (set menu) explaining how we've created dishes from wild foods, which will hopefully include some of what we have found that morning Don't forget to let us know if you have any special dietary requirements
